If anyone is interested in gardening there are plots available at the Italian Village community garden. It is located on 2nd Ave. in Italian Village, between 4th Street and Summit, on the north side of the road (the plot is between 2 houses and easy to miss the first time through). There is no fee to garden and you don’t need to be a resident of Italian Village. If you are interested or want more information, either stop by the garden on Monday evenings around 7 or call Liz, 378-6476. Also, if anyone has a small wood chipper that could be used to cut small branches, the garden would love to borrow it for an afternoon.
