A group of House Republicans has formed the Sharia Free America Caucus to address the influence of Islamic Sharia law in the United States. They argue that Sharia is not simply a religious code; they see it as a political and legal system that conflicts with the U.S. Constitution. The caucus intends to advance legislation. One key proposal is the No Sharia Legislation.

Those who are advocating that 3.5 million Muslims in America want to impose Sharia law on the rest of America are either ignorant, liars, or both. Most polls show that American people are not truly concerned by the potential spread of Islamic Sharia.

Sharia is to Islam what Halachah is to Judaism and Canon law is to the Catholic church. So why single out Muslims? The Republican Party preys on people's fears and depicts Muslim Americans as if they are evil or snakes hiding in the grass waiting for the next move and as such constitute a threat to our homeland security.

When The Council of American Islam Relations (CAIR) sent a letter to the Republican Party leaders requesting a meeting to express Muslim concern regarding the survey, CAIR's request was ignored. The truth is the GOP has no legitimate ground and no leg to stand on.

Let's pretend for the sake of the argument that Muslims want to change the U.S. Constitution. Wouldn't that take an act of Congress? Wouldn't it also require 2/3 of both House and Senate, plus 3/4 of all states to ratify the constitution to the U.S? Since there are four Muslim lawmakers currently serving in the U.S. Congress, all in the House of Representatives, that would be virtually impossible.

One more note, decisions and rulings in Islam are based on consensus. That is, majority rules. Since the 3.5 million Muslims in America are in the minority, they are bound by the majority rule. So, to all bigots and hatemongers in the US of A, you could sleep tight tonight. Sharia will not be imposed on American people in your lifetime.

Republicans will go through all imaginable pain to defame, smear, and insult Muslims in our country to advance their political interests. Here are samples of some the GOP most bizarre public statements about Islam and Muslims.

* Former US Rep. Peter King, the Chairman of US Homeland Security Committee accused Muslims in America of supporting terrorism, not loyal or patriotic citizens and implied in a recent interview that Muslims are NOT TRULY Americans. 

* Sharia law is “an existential threat” to the United States. (Former Pennsylvania senator Rick Santorum)

* I would not appoint a Muslim to a Cabinet position or judgeship. (Former presidential candidate Herman Cain)

* No Muslim should ever become US president (Former presidential candidate Ben Carson)

* When Donald Trump was running for office in 2016, suggested that Muslims should be registered in a database and carry special identification cards. He also "called for an immediate and complete ban on travel to the United States by Muslims until our country's representatives can figure out what the hell is going on."

* Newt Gingrich stated that all U.S. Muslims to be tested to see if they believe in the Islamic law of Sharia, and if they believe in Sharia, they should be deported. He also called for the removal of Supreme Court justices (a lifetime appointment) if they disagreed.

Sharia threat is a myth, according to Raj Bhala, professor of law at the University of Kansas School of Law, "The fear of Shariah is irrational, based on ignorance not only of Islamic law but also American law that prohibits cruel and unusual punishment."

All this stupid hype for what?

Obviously to demonize Muslims who constitute no threat at all to the US and hide the real threat which is Zionism. So, GOP politicians get paid by AIPAC in addition to their nearly $200,000 annual salary. The Caucus can’t do that to any other faith. So, they just focus on a Muslims and do what their masters told them to like good goyim boys and girls. That way, those lawmakers ensure the funding of the Israeli genocide in and war in Gaza and the West Bank. It also serves to keep Israeli war crimes in the backburners. 

If someone wear hijab or burqas, it's their choice which doesn't mean they are demanding Shariah Law. Please do not believe the lies and the useful idiots! Sharia law only applies to Muslims...the ignorance of MAGA clan and GOP lawmakers is astounding. 

Watching porn is forbidden in Islam and so is collecting and/or paying interest (Riba) as well as gambling. That stands the reason why the GOP hates Muslims, not to mention Islam with over 2 billion followers is the fastest growing in the world. 

After all, the Qur'an clearly states, "No compulsion in religion" (Quran 2:256). That means you cannot impose your religion on other people even if it is your spouse. Speaking of spouses, since polygamy is permitted in Islam under certain conditions, when was the last time you saw Muslim men lined up in front of City Hall in order to get other marriage licenses. Besides, when is the last time you have heard of any Muslim group lobbying our lawmakers to institute Islamic Sharia?
